So happy this property renovated! I was more comfortable for my family to stay here and we stayed in the room that was perfect for us. We stayed in the King Suite and it accommodated my family with small children as it had lots of space and more importantly more than 1 bed! It had a king and 2 pull out sofas - and the pullout sofa’s weren’t your regular springy saggy ones. The design of these ones were more firm (which I’d take any day) and I think more hygienic. The check in experience was great. Cheryl at the front desk received my request for an earlier check in, and when I arrived my room was still getting ready but she acted with urgency. Just that gesture alone made such an impact because I was already dealing with upset kids from a long drive so that also gave me some relief. Although the pool was a bit small, it was still a great time for my kids. I can see it getting crowded easily on a weekend but the hotel anticipated that and had signs on the door to ask front desk to open the pool door to help regulate how many people were there at one time. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here several years ago and the place looked a bit tired. But NOW, with the renovation it looks wonderful! Clean and crisp and modern. The restaurant was nice and the customer service at both the front desk and restaurant we're perfect. We would absolutely stay here again. Location very near to the 407 Toll Road as well as easy access to North York communities.

Good service by the front desk, this guy was a new trainee. He help me check in and explaining about the property aminities. Very good property and great staff.

We’ve stayed at this hotel the past 3 years for our son’s lacrosse provincials. The staff are so friendly and helpful. When I mentioned that my son was a goalie, they gave us a complementary room upgrade which not only included a very large room but a balcony to air his equipment out. The entire facility is very clean and the rooms spacious. The pool is great for the kids and the gym has lots of equipment including dumbells up to 50#, kettlebells and lots of cardio machines. For our team, parents love the outdoor patio. It’s nice to have a place for the parents and kids to hang out after the game without disturbing rooms in the hotel. The staff are all so friendly and accommodating. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

The Hotel is clean and well maintained. I Just reach Platinum elite and I received A king suite upgrade . The service to this location is really great i am so impressed Specially to Vijay chopra. We are very happy. This is a stay to celebrate the Christmas Thank you.

The meeting rooms are spacious and well-equipped—perfect for hosting our recurring business gatherings. The staff has consistently been exceptional, making every visit smooth and welcoming. This time, I brought my family along, and the updated King Suite was ideal. It offered plenty of space for our small children, with a comfortable king bed and two pull-out sofas. Unlike typical saggy sofa beds, these were firm and thoughtfully designed—definitely a more hygienic and restful option. Check-in was seamless thanks to Cheryl at the front desk. I had requested an early check-in, and although the room was still being prepared when we arrived, Cheryl responded with urgency and care. That small gesture made a big difference after a long drive with tired kids. The pool, while on the smaller side, was still a hit with the children. I appreciated the hotel’s proactive approach to crowd control—signs at the entrance directed guests to check with the front desk to manage capacity, which helped keep the experience enjoyable for everyone.

Recently renovated and enjoyed the modern and comfy lobby seating and location close to major highways and eateries! Check in by Vijay and efficient and explaining Platinum benefits - very flexible use for food and beverage credits! However, checking out with Crate items is excruciatingly long - seems like a lot of computer work for a few items. Room looks mostly renovated with lots of outlets, best is the large luggage holding cart on wheels, very functional. TV has seemly full range of channels from American to Internationals like Fairchild and OMNI. Still quiet as long as the leaf blower outside isnt running. However, seems like one bed was squeaking. And fitted sheet a bit small for the queen mattresses. Fitness center a bit small but only the basics, but a fancy water dispensing machine can do hot water instantly so great for tea lovers. Lastly, if there is any request front desk was helpful from lotion missing from room amenities and coffee machine repairs.

Very nice. Full control of temperature, very nice gym. Only complaint is a strange smell in lobby/elevator, and I wish they had zero sugar drinks but that’s common.
